Respect with the Environment. Residual water generated in our facilities is treated through a process made by a plant of water treatment where the sediment is removed by physicists and mechanics. One of the most used is the pre-treatment pool, in this one the material that is not possible to treat settles and the organic solids are pretreated, before happening to the following stage of aerobic digestion that takes place in the ventilation camera. The present aerobic bacteria in activated mud use this oxygen to degrade the organic matter, as well as, the content of the ventilation camera is mixed preventing the mud movement and assuring therefore the complete treatment. The treated waters are retained in the camera of ventilation during 12,8 Hrs. and from there to the sedimentation camera.
The next step takes place in the sedimentation camera, where there is no agitation nor mix, so that the liquid stays in complete calm to happen finally to the disinfection room that has a chlorine device in tablets. The chlorine acts as a bactericidal, eliminating all class of bacteria. The liquid already disinfected enters a decloration camera, where Sodium Sulfite is added in tablets to remove the residual chlorine, avoiding that this one arrives at the environment."
